Albayrak Beton, a well-established brand in the construction sector, has launched a year-end campaign for the ‘Moonpark Koru’ and ‘Teraphill 15’ projects. Stating that they offer their investors the opportunity to own a house with 2024 prices, Albayrak Beton Board Chairman Erdal Albayrak said, “We offer 50 percent down payment, the remaining amount with a 2.50 percent installment rate and the opportunity to pay in 36-month installments for those who want to own a flat in our two projects.”

Stating that they aim to offer a safe and comfortable life to their investors and those who choose their projects to live in, Albayrak Concrete Board Chairman Erdal Albayrak said that with this mission, they closed the year 2024 with a special campaign they organized in two of their ongoing projects.

Providing information on the subject, Erdal Albayrak said, “We are working to produce qualified residences with the slogan of building the future with confidence and with 40 years of Albayrak experience. In this context, we launched four new projects last month. While we started collecting pre-demand in our ‘Teraphill Loft’ and ‘Villa Rise’ projects, we wanted to organize a special year-end campaign for the launch in our ‘Moonpark Koru’ and ‘Teraphill 15’ projects, the construction and sales of which are ongoing. As a result of our calculations, we said ‘Become a homeowner with 2024 prices special for the launch’ in ‘Moonpark Koru’ and ‘Teraphill 15’ and offered our investors the option of 50 percent down payment, the remaining 2.50 installment rate and 36-month installment. The apartment prices in these projects start from 5 million TL. 80 percent of the construction in our ‘Teraphill 15’ project and 20 percent of the construction in ‘Moonpark Koru’ have been completed.” The ‘Teraphill 15’ project located in Şile rises on a land area of ​​7,118 square meters and a construction area of ​​4,543 square meters. It consists of a total of 56 apartments ranging from 50 to 132 square meters, 2+1 and 3+1, in seven blocks, including garden and roof duplexes. The project, which offers the opportunity to experience four seasons with its garden and terrace usage areas, horizontal architecture, topography-compatible block layout, landscaping and the advantage of being close to the sea, is 2 km from Şile State Hospital, 3 km from Işık University, 5 km from Şile Port and beaches and 59 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The project is planned to be delivered in May 2025.

“15 shanty houses are being transformed in Çekmeköy”

Located in Çekmeköy and being the company’s second urban transformation project, ‘Moonpark Koru’ has a 3,633 m2 land and 19,341 m2 construction area. The project, which will consist of two 17-storey blocks where 15 shanty houses located on different parcels are being transformed, will include 118 apartments with 1+1, 2+1 and 3+1 options. Each apartment will be provided with a parking area for at least one vehicle, and the project emphasizes the use of balconies in all apartments. The apartment sizes in the project, which is being built next to a forest area in the city center, vary between 68 and 110 square meters gross. The project, which is planned to be delivered in June 2026, is located 27 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, 9 km from Özyeğin University, 7 km from Bahçeşehir College and 2.3 km from Çekmeköy State Hospital.
