In this context, we launched four new projects last month. While we started collecting pre-demand in our ‘Teraphill Loft’ and ‘Villa Rise’ projects, we wanted to organize a special year-end campaign for the launch in our ‘Moonpark Koru’ and ‘Teraphill 15’ projects, the construction and sales of which are ongoing. The project, which is planned to be delivered in June 2026, is located 27 km from Sabiha Gökçen Airport, 9 km from Özyeğin University, 7 km from Bahçeşehir College and 2.3 km from Çekmeköy State Hospital.
