The company has started the pre-demand collection process for two of its four projects, 'Teraphill Loft' and 'Villa Rise', which were launched last month.

The 'Teraphill Loft' project, located in Çekmeköy, is being built on a 6,413-square-meter plot with a 10,839-square-meter construction area. The project, which is planned to consist of 80 apartments in four six-story blocks, offers 1+1, 2+1, and 3+1 apartment options, with apartment sizes ranging from 50 to 120 square meters. Along with loft and garden-use apartments, 'Teraphill Loft', designed with horizontal architecture, is planned to be completed in December 2026. Due to its proximity to Özyeğin University, located just 100 meters away, the project offers advantages for students.
