TRAINING CALENDAR 2023-2024
In order to keep Albayrak Beton employees motivated and contribute to utilizing their potential in the most efficient way, a training program is organized annually with the company’s own consultants. Participation in training is determined in two ways:

-At the end of the year, based on the training needs analysis outlined in the training matrix in the Performance Evaluation System (PDS) conducted face-to-face.

-The employee group is determined by including the staff in two groups, namely ROOF and GENERAL TRAINING groups, and a training program is created accordingly.
