Albayrak Ticaret Şeref Albayrak company was established in Istanbul, Dudullu Alemdağ Street, with the partnership of Şeref, Osman, and Erdal Albayrak brothers.
Albayrak Ticaret Şeref Albayrak company started its activities by selling construction materials, and soon they became a construction materials wholesaler.
From 1985 to 1994, the company continued to grow and sell construction materials.
The first professional business agreement was made with Kumsan, which is also a partnership of the Koç Group, on transportation.
With this transportation agreement, we have also included logistics and transportation in our growing trade in the construction materials sector.
In addition to selling construction materials, we have also been providing transportation services for 7 years and now operate a fleet of 50 vehicles.
We brought the construction sand from Sakarya to Istanbul and began wholesale warehousing here.
We have become a wholesale supplier of Sakarya sand to nearly 400 construction material companies on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
Thus, we became the largest sand supplier on the Anatolian Side.
In addition, we expanded our wholesale construction materials network by adding dealerships for cement, lime, and plaster, and chemical adhesives to the construction materials wholesale market that we initially entered with sand.
Until the 1999 earthquake, we became a regional brand capable of supplying all types of rough construction materials simultaneously on the Anatolian Side of Istanbul.
The group began operating in the construction and transportation sectors.
Until 2007, construction sand was sold to the European and Anatolian sides of Istanbul.
When the 1999 earthquake necessitated radical changes in the production of housing and construction materials in Türkiye, we foresaw that ready-mixed concrete production would gain importance in the industry and by investing in the ready-mixed concrete sector, Albayrak Hazır Beton San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. was established.
We established our first plant in Paşaköy, Istanbul.
We began providing services with a ready-mixed concrete plant featuring a production capacity of 100 m³/hour, along with 8 concrete mixers and 2 pumps.
We continued expanding our fleet with 17 concrete mixers and 4 pumps.
We increased our market share in the ready-mixed concrete sector in the region.
During the same period, we began residential construction on the construction side.
We launched our first project, consisting of 50 flats in Ataşehir, and completed it in 2010.
We continued to invest in residential construction and began our second project in Ataşehir, consisting of 32 flats, completing it in 2012.
The construction of our 3rd project, Ümraniye Atakent Business Center, began and was completed in 2013.
The construction of our 4th project, Şeref Albayrak Plaza, located on Alemdağ Street, Ümraniye, began and was completed in 2015.
We began working as the concrete supplier for Doğuş İnşaat on the Üsküdar-Çekmeköy Metro line.
We established the Dudullu Project Plant for this project, which has an approximate work volume of 1,500,000 cubic meters.
The plant was closed in 2018 due to the completion of the project.
We were among the second 500 top industrial enterprises in Türkiye in the ISO list.
For the second time, we were listed among the second 500 companies in Türkiye's ISO Top Industrial Enterprises List.
The construction of Moonpark Taşdelen, our third project in residential construction, has begun. The project, consisting of 284 apartments, was completed in 2020.
We have received the concrete supply job for our second mega project, the Dudullu-Bostancı metro line.
We started working as the concrete supplier of Şenbay-Kolin-Kalyon in the Dudullu-Bostancı metro line.
We first established the Ataşehir plant for this project, which has a work volume of approximately 1,500,000 cubic meters.
This plant was closed in 2022 following the completion of the Ataşehir portion of the project.
We established Ferhatpaşa and Bostancı plants for the concrete supply of the Dudullu-Bostancı metro line.
With the completion of the project, these plants were closed in 2024.
We received the concrete supply job for the Çekmeköy-Sancaktepe-Sultanbeyli metro line.
We established the Sarıgazi Project Plant for this project in 2022.
With the mega projects we undertook, we invested in our machinery and expanded our fleet fourfold.
While undertaking mega projects, we continued to supply concrete for Istanbul's most prestigious projects.
We were awarded the concrete supply contract for TRC İnşaat’s Memorial Hospital and Business Center project in Göztepe.
Göztepe Project Plant was established for this project with a work volume of 110,000 cubic meters.
The TRC project was completed in 2024, and the facility continues to be used as the Kurbağalıdere Plant.
In the real estate development field, the 56-unit Teraphill 15 project in Şile Ahmetli Village and the 118-unit Moonpark Koru project in the Güngören neighborhood of Çekmeköy district have been launched. A real estate sales promise agreement was signed for the 80-flat Teraphill Loft project in Alemdağ Neighborhood, Çekmeköy district. A real estate sales promise agreement was signed for the Villa Rise project, consisting of 44 villas in the Çavuş Neighborhood of Şile district.
A joint venture has been established between Albayrak Hazır Beton Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., holding a 50% share, and Kefelioğlu Mimarlık İnşaat Taahhüt San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. for the construction of the "Musical Work Owners' Society of Türkiye (MESAM) Management Building" on Parcel 35, Block 431, Fulya Neighborhood, Şişli District, Istanbul.
The Gold level of the CSC Sustainability Certificate has been awarded by the Concrete Sustainability Council.
The TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate, TS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certificate, and TS ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificates have been awarded by TÜV Austria Türk Belgelendirme Eğitim ve Gözetim Hizm. Ltd. Şti.
Today, Albayrak Concrete is among the leading companies in its industry with its 5 ready-mixed concrete plants at 4 different locations, an hourly production capacity of 330 m³ and more than 230 vehicles.
